Message	mate if your side mount intercooler has a leak when the mounting bolt isnt there it means you or the previous owner have punctured the core.. probably with a bolt that was slightly 2 long!!! your best bet is 2 remove the smic and get the hole properly welded up and get a shorter bolt.. or even better install a stud in the hole so it doesnt happen again !!
